Booking requests

Submitting a website form or chatbot enquiry does not by itself confirm a booking. Availability, vehicle suitability, fare and any relevant conditions should be confirmed separately.

Passenger and luggage information

Customers should provide accurate passenger and luggage requirements so an appropriate vehicle can be checked. Capacity may vary by vehicle.

Airport and waiting arrangements

Airport pickup, waiting, parking, meet-and-greet and flight-related arrangements should be agreed as part of the confirmed quote or booking.

Cancellations and payments

Cancellation terms, payment arrangements, waiting-time charges and any fare-specific conditions are confirmed as part of the quotation or booking confirmation.
