Booking status

Submitting a quote form is an enquiry and does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after Zayan Executive has checked availability and confirmed the journey details with you. The confirmed message or invoice should identify the journey and any agreed cancellation terms.

How to cancel or change a journey

Contact Zayan Executive as soon as possible by calling 07898 753443 or emailing Mushahidh734@gmail.com. Include your name, booking reference if provided, journey date and pickup details. A cancellation or change is not complete until the operator acknowledges it.

Notice period and charges

If you need to cancel or amend a journey, contact Zayan Executive as soon as possible by calling 07898 753443 or emailing Mushahidh734@gmail.com. Any applicable cancellation or amendment terms will be explained and agreed directly before the booking is confirmed.

Changes to flights or travel times

If your flight, train or event time changes, tell us promptly. Flight tracking and meet-and-greet can help with airport collection planning, but you should still contact the operator about a change, cancellation or missed connection. We will confirm whether the vehicle and pickup arrangement can be adjusted.

Operator cancellation

If Zayan Executive cannot provide a confirmed journey, the operator will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and discuss the next steps under the agreed booking terms. Any refund or alternative arrangement must be confirmed directly.

Consumer rights

This policy does not remove any rights that apply under UK consumer law. The business should obtain advice on how cancellation rules apply to its specific private hire services, booking method and journey dates before using this template.
