Quote requests and bookings

Website forms request a quote and do not by themselves create a booking. A booking is confirmed only when Zayan Executive has checked availability and both parties have agreed the journey details. Each journey is quoted individually. No fixed fares or price tables are published on this website.

Passenger information

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup, destination, travel date and time, passenger and luggage details, flight information and contact details. Tell us promptly if any information changes. Provide a working phone number for the travel day and be ready at the agreed collection point.

Vehicle and luggage

Vehicle categories are Luxury, Saloon and 8-Seater. Exact makes and models are subject to confirmation. Tell us about luggage, mobility equipment, child seats or other requirements before accepting the quote. The business will confirm the vehicle arrangement directly.

Payment and journey arrangements

The payment method, amount, timing and any deposit will be set out in the quote or booking confirmation. Do not assume that a quote includes waiting, stops or additional services unless those details have been agreed. Any payment or extra journey arrangement must be confirmed directly with Zayan Executive.

Delays, access and passenger conduct

Travel times can be affected by traffic, road closures, weather, airport operations or other circumstances beyond the operator’s control. We will discuss changes when reasonably possible. Passengers must use seatbelts, follow lawful driver instructions and treat drivers and vehicles respectfully. Tell us in advance about access or boarding needs so these can be discussed.

Cancellation and changes

Cancellation and amendment arrangements will be stated in the booking confirmation and the Cancellation Policy. Replace this template with the actual terms, including any notice period or charge, before accepting bookings through the website.
