Zayan Executive can quote private hire for event journeys in Manchester and across the North West. Tell us the venue, collection points, date, guest numbers and the time you need to arrive. Plan the locations and timing
A ceremony and reception may be at different venues, or guests may need transport between a hotel and an event. List each address in order, along with arrival and departure times. If the event is likely to finish late or a return pickup depends on the schedule, explain that in your enquiry. For a venue with limited access, ask about a practical meeting point. Clear planning helps us discuss what is possible before you confirm the arrangement.
Keep your group together
Choose from Luxury, Saloon and 8-Seater categories, with exact models to be confirmed. An 8-Seater can help a group travel together, while smaller categories may suit a couple or individual transfer. Passenger numbers and belongings need to be considered together: formalwear, overnight cases, flowers or event equipment can use additional room. Include these items and any accessibility or child-seat requirements in your notes. We can discuss vehicle suitability as part of the quote.
Airport and guest transfers
Guests travelling from outside the region may need a transfer from Manchester Airport, Liverpool John Lennon or a railway station. Provide flight or train details, arrival times and each guest’s pickup point if you would like a quote for several legs. Flight tracking and meet-and-greet are available on request for airport arrivals. If the wedding party has a fixed schedule, send the whole sequence so the plan can be reviewed as one itinerary rather than a series of disconnected trips.
