East Midlands Airport serves travellers across the Midlands and North West. Zayan Executive accepts pre-booked transfer requests from Manchester and surrounding towns to the airport and back. Send the full pickup and destination addresses, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage details. We will review the route and contact you with a personalised quote. No fixed fares are displayed on the website.
Arrivals and collection details
If you are arriving at East Midlands, include the flight number and landing date. Flight tracking and meet-and-greet are available on request. We will discuss the meeting point and contact arrangement directly before your journey. Include the traveller’s name if the person requesting the quote will not be travelling, and provide a mobile number that can be used on the day.
Airport departures
For a departure, state your pickup point, flight time and preferred arrival time at the airport. Include every stop, passenger pickup and luggage item in the request. If you are travelling from a town beyond Greater Manchester, add the full postcode and any access instructions. If the schedule is flexible, mention your preferred time range; if you have a fixed deadline, state it clearly.
Vehicle categories for airport bags
Choose from Luxury, Saloon and 8-Seater and provide both passenger and luggage counts. Large suitcases and equipment can influence which vehicle suits a group. Exact models remain placeholders until the fleet details are confirmed. Tell us about child seats, pushchairs, mobility equipment or other bulky items so we can discuss the appropriate arrangement before you confirm.
